This card can be redeemed in a Currys store, Dixons Tax Free* or online at currys.co.uk and as full or part payment towards our products or services. The amount of credit added or deducted and the card's balance will be shown on the till receipt for in store redemptions. No change or refund will be given. Any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. To check the balance on your card click here or call 0800 897 163. Alternatively, present your card in store where a member of the store team can check your balance for you. Upon 2 years non-use, the card will expire and any balance will be deducted. Protect the card and treat it as cash. No liability is accepted for lost or stolen cards or any credit amounts on this card. Please note that all e-Gift Cards will expire within 90 days if not redeemed.

e-Gift Cards are sold and provided by our partner, The Virtual Reward Center. The information you provide when placing your order will be shared with The Virtual Reward Center for the purpose of distributing the e-Gift Card and will be used by them in accordance with their Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found here. Please ensure that you submit correct and accurate information when ordering as all purchases of Virtual Incentives Products and Services are non-returnable and non-refundable. e-Gift Cards should be sent by email within 1 business day to the email address entered. If you have not received your order in that time, or there is an issue with your received order, please contact us on 0208 962 7401 or at contact@capitalontap.com. You will have 90 days to claim the e-Gift Card and add the balance to your account with the selected retailer. We are not able to extend this 90 day claim period.

Each e-Gift Card is redeemable only at the named retailer. The terms and conditions, instructions of use, and expiry dates can be found above. Except for in accordance with your legal rights, the card is non-returnable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of another e-Gift Card. By redeeming your points for an e-Gift Card you are confirming that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the card, instructions of use, the expiry date set, and confirm that you have clarified eligible services for redemption with the e-Gift Card company.
