Earn 2% cashback on your spend up to the earlier of (i) the first £20,000 spent on your card (maximum cashback of £400); or (ii) the first three months following approval for a Capital on Tap Business Credit card (“Promotion”)
Terms & Conditions:
1. This Promotion is available for new customers for three months following a successful application for a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card (“Promotion Period”) from one of our participating partners. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion Period commences from the date that you are offered a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card by Capital on Tap following a successful application and ends three months after that date.
2. All capitalised terms used in these Promotion terms and conditions and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Rewards Terms and Conditions
3. This Promotion is available to any eligible Capital on Tap applicant who successfully applies for a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card from one of our participating partners.
4. This Promotion is open to for as long as the Promotion appears on Capital on Tap and participating partners’ websites.
5. Capital on Tap may accept or reject any applications for a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card in its sole discretion.
6. No responsibility will be accepted for applications that are ineligible, lost or delayed. Capital on Tap accepts no responsibility for applications not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
7. Cashback under this promotion shall be paid as follows:
a. Eligible applications will earn points on all card transactions equivalent to 1% cashback during the Promotion Period in accordance with our Rewards Terms and Conditions. These points can be redeemed for cashback, gift cards or Avios if on Business Rewards. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not earn points on any Online Cash Transfers, any ATM Withdrawal E-Money Drawdowns or Cash Withdrawals (as such terms are used in your Credit Agreement) or on any drawdowns used to pay interest or fees we charge you.
b. At the end of the Promotion Period, Capital on Tap will review your first three months’ transaction history and calculate the amount of additional 1% cashback due for spend made in the Promotion Period (“Bonus Cashback”). Once calculated, the Bonus Cashback will be credited to your account within 60 days of the Promotion Period ending.
8. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, the participant’s Credit Account must remain open and in good standing until such time as the Bonus Cashback is due to be paid.
9. Capital on Tap reserves the right to amend or extend any or all elements of this Promotion at any time by giving notice by email or on the Capital on Tap website.
10. By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in addition to the Rewards Terms and Conditions. The terms of these Promotion terms and conditions supersede provisions in the Rewards Terms and Conditions only to the extent that the terms of these Promotion terms and conditions and the Rewards Terms and Conditions expressly conflict. Unless expressly amended herein, all provisions of the Rewards Terms and Conditions remain intact and in full effect. Nothing in these Promotion terms and conditions should be interpreted as invalidating the Rewards Terms and Conditions.

12. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
